I first want to thank you for choosing us for your wellness journey. I’m excited to embark on this stage of your wellness journey with you and will do everything I can to ensure that you succeed.

Not only do I want you to be proud of your accomplishments as we proceed, but I want you to enjoy the process. While remote coaching is a relatively new concept, I know that you’ll enjoy it.

Client Expectations:

The client is expected to attend each session on time and ready to work. Client should follow the diet plan religiously along with the advised lifestyle modifications They may need to be open to changes in their goals as the coaching process evolves. The client should be accountable and should share the daily activity with the nutritionist.

What is Expected of the Nutritionist

The Nutritionist is expected to listen to the client and their desires and work within that guideline as much as possible. Nutritionist always take an assessment before planning a diet. The client is expected to hold themselves accountable for what they do and don’t do to make these sessions productive. Nutritionist will help in clearing your doubts and give expertise advise for all kind of medical conditions.

Package Freezing

What is package freezing ? A package freezing at Live Food Farmacy is holding your package for certain period so that the client wont lose the validity of the active package when they are not using it due to different reasons like health issues or unplanned travel etc. Package Freezing option is available for all the programs except the 2 months plan. For 3 and 4 months plan minimum of 10 days to maximum of 1 month freezing option is available. For 6 months plan minimum of 10 days to maximum of 2 months freezing option is available. For 1 year plan minimum of 10 days to maximum of 5 months freezing option is available.

After the freezing period automatically the plan will be active.

Payment related notes

After beginning the session the fees is non refundable. But you have the option to transfer the remaining package to someone else in your friends list or family members.
