The Nutrition Program related FAQ

  • Our consultation is designed to benefit all clients, no matter where they live. Presently all the consultations are online, clients can interact with us via the phone/ Whatsapp/ Botim/ Zoom and Googlemeet.

  • You can make the payment via Google pay/paytm /phonepe /bank transfer. Will add more payment methods shortly.

  • You can chose any package but no split payments in a specific package.

  • We will generate your details and you will get a confirmation message from our side. We will send you a Client Assessment sheet. This contains all the info we will require from you to start the program. Blood

    tests / medical reports are collected in case of a medical condition which you already have. Will also suggest medical test if necessary.

  • The idea is to empower you to follow a healthy lifestyle as a way of life and not just when you are 'on' a diet. This may take 2/3/4/6/12 months depending on your specific case. We can help you with this decision in case you are confused.

  • This is more like an educational program, you will learn the basic pattern of eating as per your body's requirements and you will also learn the lifestyle changes to follow. During your active package, your diets will be changed so that your body gets exposed to the different nutrients. Variety in diet also helps to improve your gut health. There is also an interactive session about how the diet is working for your body, so that will give you an understanding of your nutrient needs & how to tweak your diet (depending on your activity & lifestyle). By the end of your program, you will be in a position to plan your diets by yourself & carry on with a healthy eating pattern as a way of life. The diets should not be only for a period of time, fad diets and crash diets are not for you .Always aim for the sustainable way of living, only that sustains forever. In addition, we provide you with a very important Maintenance plan, which is a summary of all your learnings during the program and guidelines to plan your meals in various situations.

  • Yes we do have couple package, where 2 members from the same family can join together. The two members should be from the same home. Otherwise you should choose the individual package.

  • No extensions are possible once you have made the payment. However, re-signups are possible

The Diet plan related FAQ

  • This is depending upon a persons body, each body is different and it also depending upon your condition. Just as eating wrong has an immediate effect on the body, so does eating correct. It might not be a measurable effect (read weighing scale) but you will start feeling better, more energetic within a week or two of following the diet, lifestyle changes and exercising. What we track are your efforts, results just follow.

  • There is no bias towards non-veg or veg diet. The basic idea is to have an eating plan that will stay true to your likes and dislikes and hence is doable.

  • Most of our clients have travel as an essential part of their jobs. The diet plan will be designed keeping in tune with the lifestyle and job requirements you might have. You will be educated on how to plan meals while traveling and assisted with choosing best options when you are in a new country/ city. Dining out guidelines, travel plans are also provided.

  • We will design an eating pattern that fits into your work schedule & lifestyle. If you do work in shifts (day & night), your meal plan will be planned depending on your nutritional requirements as per the shifts and the availability and practicality of food choices.

The Exercise related FAQ

  • Yes. Your current fitness levels and exercise pattern will be analyzed for any additions/ changes that need to be made. Specific plans, for example exercise prescriptions to be followed at your gym, will be given to you.

  • Any form of exercise that challenges you and is an enjoyable experience. It could be strength training, running or Yoga and also recreational exercise like dancing, swimming, cycling, etc. Exercise has enormous benefits apart from just fat loss. It also helps in hormone secretion, stress management, body detoxification etc. Being physically active is really important whatever your aim is. Not just cardio, combining both strength training and cardio helps and scientifically proved for better results.
